- What does M.P.B. Builders build?
- M.P.B. Builders designs, engineers, and constructs post-frame buildings across seven categories: agricultural, commercial, equine, mini-storage, residential, specialty, and remodel/re-roof/retrofitted work. We also build stud-frame structures and supply materials to contractors.
- What areas do you serve?
- M.P.B. Builders is based out of Ripon, Wisconsin, and primarily serves areas within a two-hour radius of our headquarters. If your project falls outside of this area, please contact our office to discuss how we can accommodate you.
- Where are you located?
- We work out of our Ripon, Wisconsin headquarters at 654 E. Oshkosh St., open Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00. Call us at 920.748.2601 or email info@mpbbuilders.com.
- How long has M.P.B. Builders been in business?
- M.P.B. Builders, Inc. was established in Ripon, Wisconsin in 1961 as a post-frame contractor for agricultural buildings. It has been run by the same family for two generations and has grown into an industry leader in post-frame construction.
- Do you act as the general contractor for the whole project?
- Yes, depending on the project. As a general contractor we can take care of all your building needs, from excavation to the mechanicals, so you do not need to line up and manage separate subcontractors.
- How do I get a quote or start a project?
- Fill out the form on our Contact page with a little about yourself and what you are looking for, or call the Ripon yard directly at 920.748.2601. We typically call back within two business days.
- How does the referral program work?
- Refer someone new who buys an M.P.B. building and we will reward you with a $100 reward once they pay for their building. There is no limit on the number of rewards, though there can only be one referral per new customer. Email details to info@mpbbuilders.com or tell your project manager at 920.748.2601.
- What certifications and associations does M.P.B. Builders hold?
- We have been a member of the National Frame Builders Association (NFBA) since 1973 and are a chartered member of the Wisconsin Frame Builders Association. We are an NFBA-accredited post-frame builder and a McElroy Metal roofing supplier partner.
- Has M.P.B. Builders won any awards?
- Yes. Since 1986, M.P.B. Builders has earned sixteen (16) NFBA Building of the Year awards, across categories including agriculture storage, equine, livestock and dairy facilities, suburban garages, commercial, industrial, and retrofit and remodel projects, plus multiple second-place, third-place, and honorable mention recognitions.
- Can I choose the colors of my building before you build it?
- Yes. Our online color selector lets you try McElroy Metal colors on the roof, siding, trim, and wainscot and preview the look before the first post goes in the ground. You can share the link once you land on a combination you like.
