A contractor, sometimes called a specialty contractor or subcontractor, is hired to execute one specific part of the build. The focus is the craft itself: a targeted scope, done well, rather than managing every other trade on the job site.

This is the construction side of what M.P.B. Builders does. Our post-frame and stud-frame crews put up the structure, whether we are running the whole project as your general contractor or working alongside a general contractor who has hired us for our portion of a larger build.
